  • The Fund takes in equity from shareholders, and draws on a Fund-level debt facility to provide modest leverage. Available capital is used to make both equity and debt investments in new housing initiatives.

  • The Fund’s open ended structure allows for continuous equity capital raising, providing flexibility and the potential for scale.

  • Investors are offered liquidity options, including the ability to sell shares to other investors or back to the Fund, subject to its financial health.

  • The Fund is in the process of investing more than $100 million into new housing across the Bay of Plenty, demonstrating strong local commitment and financial clout.​ The Fund intends to continue growing over time.

  • The Fund structure is optimised to minimise tax burdens for investors, enhancing its attractiveness and financial efficiency.
